10 simple steps to your private label or white label product. The entire process simply explained.

Are you worried about too much effort? Don't worry, we take care of all the administrative processes and the entire production process right through to delivery. You can concentrate on your core product range as usual.

STEP BY STEP

1. Needs Assessment

In a personal customer meeting at your premises, we determine together:

  • Your needs
  • Your wishes & ideas
  • All options for our private / white label
  • Advantages & opportunities of a private / white label 
  • Budget planning
  • Strategy planning

2. Formulation & Certification

Which product can we produce for you?

  • An existing product from your range 
  • A product that is ideal for certain areas of application (down, cashmere or similar)?
  • A newly developed product according to your specifications
  • Should the formulation meet certain certification standards? e.g. Dermatest or organic certification

3. Product Size

What quantity should your product contain?

  • Individual container sizes are possible according to your requirements
  • e.g: 5 ml sachets, 30 ml sample bottles, 250 ml bottles or 5 liter canisters and much more.
  • Also possible: Re-fill containers / bags with center or corner spout etc.

4. Container Selection

We will find the perfect individual container for you!

  • Choice of materials: Plastic, glass, etc. 
  • Shape: Round, square, oval, elliptical, etc.
  • Lid: Screw cap, child-resistant, etc.
  • Attachments: Spray head, dosing pump, etc.

5. Label Quality

A customized label for each of your ideas and requirements:

  • Choice of materials: PE films, paper, biodegradable and much more.
  • Haptics: blind embossing, metallic look and much more.
  • Functionality: multilayer labels, multilayer and wrap labels
  • Also possible: no label - but direct printing on the bottle

6. Packaging

Once we have finalized your bottle together, we will have individual cardboard packaging configured by a regional packaging manufacturer. In this way, we guarantee you and your product the ideal outer packaging that is perfectly suited for product protection, storage and shipping.

7. Order Quantities

What quantity do you need? 

  • Individual minimum order quantities possible 
  • From small quantities to large orders 
  • Partial deliveries possible
  • Contracts possible

8. Test Procedure

We carry out 4 test procedures to guarantee a flawless product:

  • Stability test: emulsification of the selected formulation
  • Rocking test: temperature test between -30°C and +30°C
  • Compatibility test: test whether the bottle and formulation are an ideal match
  • Germ load test: testing for germ formation

9. Sample Shipment

The first samples will be sent to you at the same time as testing:

  • You will receive the first samples of your own formulation in your own bottle
  • Test your own product!

10. Label Creation

Your individual label in your corporate identity:

  • You can create your own label based on your CI
  • You will receive all the relevant information from us: Punching & mandatory information on the label
  • There are no limits to your design!
