We produce the Ulrich natürlich vinegar essence in cooperation with a small vinegar manufacturer from Bavaria. The Ulrich natürlich vinegar essence is made using traditional methods and consists of highly pure acetic acid and water.
The acid content is adjusted to 25% using dilution processes, which means that the Ulrich natürlich vinegar essence is particularly economical. According to the Vinegar Ordinance of April 25, 1972, Federal Law Gazette I, p. 732, the acidity of products designated as vinegar essence may range from 15.6% to 25%, which puts us at the upper end of the scale with the Ulrich natürlich vinegar essence.
It maximizes yield and effectiveness while reducing shipping weight and packaging requirements.
